Located just one street back from the shorefront, there are beautiful views from the sunroom, making this the ideal room to relax and recuperate in. The large, fully detached house, is set up with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dedicated living room, and a living-dining room as well as the well appointed kitchen. The garden contains multiple fruit trees in the back lawn as well as decorative flower beds, making the whole property a delight.
The master bedroom, with the queen sized bed and ensuite showerroom, is located at one end of the house, while the double bedroom and twin room are located at the other end. The latter two have built in wardrobes, with copious amounts of storage space in the twin bedroom. The family bathroom is generously sized, as is the kitchen and main lounge room, from which the delightful sunroom is accessed. The lounge-dining room is off the front entrance hall, and incorporates one of the many beautiful bay windows.
There is a small driveway and garage with roller door, and plenty of on street parking available. There are just three or four steps to access the property through the main door, but for those with mobility issues, access through the side door may be easier. Once inside, the property is on a single level, with polished floor boards throughout.
A weekly linen and cleaning service is provided, so all you need to do is relax, making this an ideal residence for those undergoing difficult or extensive medical treatment, people needing to recover from the physical and mental demands of treatment, or families wanting to readjust after going through the stressful experience of dealing with cancer.
