This three bedroom home has recently been renovated to a high standard and is beautifully presented. It is located just outside of Adelaide city, but is within easy reach of the Royal Adelaide Hospital, St Andrews Hospital, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

This beautiful residence is part of a duplex, located on a quiet street, set back from major roads, yet easily accessible and close to all services. It has a private carport and low maintenance garden.

The Thebarton property is located on Holland Street, between Port Road and South Road, on a quiet and private street. There is a private drivewayand undercover carport, and access via the front door or secure side patio. The home has tiles or floating floors throughout, providing a low allergen environment, and has a large kitchen and dining area in the centre, with a separate living room at the front of the house, giving those in the back bedrooms a chance to relax without distraction. 

There are three bedrooms, the master with an ensuite and walk in robe. The other two bedrooms share the generous family bathroom. There are two single beds and a queens sized bed arranged throughout the property, providing comfortable accommodation for up to four people in this light filled, modern home. The laundry is well equipped, and it and the living area lead to the small courtyard and private garden.

We provide a regular linen and cleaning service, with all bed linen and towels replaced weekly (or monthly if you prefer), maintaining a clean and comfortable home-away-from-home, with none of the effort.

 

The Thebarton residence is located a short drive from the city, and is an easy walk from the Bonython parklands. Dove Street Reserve is also nearby for those not wanting to cross a major road. Both the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Adelaide city area are within walking distance for those that enjoy walking, or are just a 5 minute drive away. There is a Foodland supermarket nearby, and numerous shopping centres and precincts within easy reach. Three major hospitals are located within easy distance - the Royal Adelaide Hospital and St Andrews Hospital in Adelaide itself, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a little further out off Port Road. Although located further away, Flinders Hospital is also easily accessible down South Road.
