LOCATION

From Sinead’s House, it takes less than 10 minutes to drive to the Canberra Hospital or the National Capital Private Hospital. Regrettably, there’s no public transport close by that will take you direct to the hospitals, but with a single change of buses you can do it and only need to walk a couple of hundred metres at each end.

WHAT'S NEARBY

  • Sinead’s House is adjacent to a popular oval, with a small playground attached
  • A group of shops, including a small supermarket and several restaurants, is within walking distance
  • An extensive shopping district in nearby Woden
  • Mount Taylor Nature Reserve

WHAT WE SUPPLY

We provide a weekly linen and cleaning service, so the only thing you’ll need to provide is food and consumables.

Help us provide a free place for people to stay with their loved ones when one of them is having specialist cancer treatment far from home

Sinead’s Story
