A quiet, two storey townhouse located near public transport and convenient for most of the major Brisbane hospitals

Our property for clients travelling to Brisbane for treatment is located in Annerley, north of the city and river, and located convenient for the Mater hospitals, the Princess Alexandria Hospital and the Greenslopes Private Hospital.

The three bedroom townhouse is located at the rear of the group, providing a quiet and peaceful residence, ideal for recuperating and spending quality time with family and friends. Downstairs there is an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, with a double sliding door to the private courtyard at the rear. The adjacent undercover carpark also accesses the courtyard, and  is used to access the laundry area and a downstairs toilet.

The three bedrooms are located upstairs. There are two twin rooms, each of which have built in robes, and one of which has a balcony over the courtyard. The master bedroom is a generous size and contains a queen bed, with underbed storage as well as a large walk-in-robe and ensuite attached. It, too, has a balcony over the courtyard.

We provide a weekly linen and cleaning service, so the only thing clients need to provide is food.
 

The Annerley townhouse is located just a few hundred meters from Greenslopes Private Hospital, which is located across the Ekibin Parks, and is within walking distance. The Mater hospitals and Princess Alexandra Hospital are located nearby, and are easily accessed by car along Annerley Road or Ipswich Road. There are also several public transport options, some of which involve only 100m walks to the bus stops at either end of the journey, making travel quick, easy and convenient.
