Our property in Maidstone is a lovely, modern, three bedroom townhouse. The main bedroom is set up with a queen bed, and has its own ensuite, and the second bedroom is set up as a twin. Both have generous built-in wardrobes and access through sliding doors to the courtyard. There is also a small third bedroom/study.

There is a lock-up garage and laundry area, with remote door, also accessible from the courtyard. The main bathroom is large, with a shower over a generous bathtub.

Upstairs is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with doors to the lovely private patio, perfect for warm evenings or enjoying some fresh air.

The living area has floorboards and the hallway is tiled to reduce the risk of infection from allergens and dust. The bedrooms are carpeted for comfort. Each bedroom and the living area has its own split-system airconditioner for individual temperature control throughout.

We provide a weekly linen and cleaning service, so the only thing you need to provide is food.

The Maidstone apartment is ideally located just a couple of kilometers from Western Hospital at Footscray, and is an easy drive down Ballarat Road. The Royal Melbourne, Royal Childrens and Royal Womens Hospitals are around 8km away, less than 20 minutes by car, again heading in via nearby Ballarat Road. Public transport is also conveniently located.
